Preview Mode

All new functionality starts in preview mode. This includes new endpoints and new fields or parameters on existing endpoints. Preview mode lasts for the first 3 months after release, or until we explicitly promote the functionality to stable, whichever is later.

During preview mode we can still change the functionality based on feedback, including backwards-incompatible changes, without a deprecation period. Once functionality leaves preview mode, our normal compatibility policy applies.
